Energy Medicine Healing  $75 initial session $65 For follow-up

Our certified practitioners are graduates of an accredited four year energy medicine practitioner program, which includes two years of supervised internships in a medical setting.
The energy work we provide for our clients focuses on empowerment and lightness. Our practitioners provide clients with an opportunity to explore their belief systems, to be guided through self-healing techniques and to create affirmations that can affect positive change.

Guided Meditation: Every Monday and Thursday  $5 Per Session
Join Janet  either one or two mornings a week for 45 minutes of relaxation, deep breathing and guided meditation to refresh, center and start your day off right.  Classes are Mondays and Thursdays from 9:15 to 10:00am.  Price $5 per session.  Please contact us to register, because space is limited.

Massage & CranioSacral Work: $70 per hour $100 for 90 minutes
Come and experience a relaxing treatment from our skilled licensed therapist to help decrease your stress, anxiety, pain and to help improve your blood pressure, energy level and for some overall self care & pampering.

The benefits of both massage and craniosacral therapy are numerous and can help a person experience relief from conditions such as chronic fatigue, neck and back pain, TMJ and headaches.

We encourage our clients to take time out for self-care, to receive hands-on healing and massage, to participate in yoga, dance, music, intimate friendships, and physical movement, and to connect with their passion and playfulness. These are things that everyone needs and deserves.
